"I used a process of Scripture meditation known as lectio divina in my encounter with the following psalms.  Simply described, it is a thoughtful, repeated reading and praying of the passage. (Appendix B gives a more detailed description of this meditation method.)  Read these psalms.  As a phrase grabs you, ruminate on it.  Turn it over in your heart.  Let the Scriptures squeeze you.  Then do as I.  Create.  Journal, paint, sculpt, sing, dance, write.  Let your encounter cause something to spill out." (Crowder, Praise Habit, p. 45).
