I can’t help showing you these photos from my final week as interim pastor in Port Alberni. This was my last drive home from the office, having had coffee lunch with Lee and starbucks with Harvey. Almost didn’t make it over the Hump. I spun the tires and fishtailed the back end all the way up the incline. At one point I had to let myself coast backwards about 50 feet in order to find a new groove in the snow. What normally is a ten minute climb took about 40… but thankfully our ole’ Metalic Plum made the trek.
