Study Guide – Psalm 92:1-4

1 It is good to give thanks to the Lord,
to sing praises to the Most High.
2 It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning,
    your faithfulness in the evening,
3 accompanied by the ten-stringed harp
and the melody of the lyre.

4 You thrill me, Lord, with all you have done for me!
I sing for joy because of what you have done. NLT

Think about verse 1 for a moment. Try to discover all the reasons why this is true.

Think about verse 2. Why is this true?

Now look at verse 3. Why is it good to accompany verses 1-2 with instruments?

Describe the personal nature of verse 4. Have you ever felt this way? Describe why or why not.

If it is good to do these things, take time right now and also again in the next 24 hours to do these things. As you do, let your heart relate to the feelings expressed in verse 4.
