Crown’s Bible, Theology and Ministry Department

As our new freshman descend upon campus this weekend, here’s a little peek into what they’ll be experiencing in our Bible, Theology and Ministry Department at Crown College. This Fall marks Crown’s 100th Anniversary… and less importantly, but still significantly, the start of my 7th year as a part of this team. We are so honored to be equipping some incredible men and women for lifelong relationship with Jesus and service in this world.

I help to lead three degree programs:

  • Youth & Family Ministry, which prepares students for work in churches and para-church youth ministries.
  • Youth/Social Ministry , which prepares students for work in fields related to empowering youth and their communities to tackle systemic and at-risk issues.
  • Child & Family Ministry, which prepares students for work in churches and para-church children’s ministries.

We’ll soon be adding some fast-track options to these degree programs so that students could earn credit towards a master’s degree while taking their undergrad courses. In other words, it will soon be possible to receive an MA or MDiv in 4+1 or 4+2 years. More details to come!
